I will admit, their last box was a little disappointing (barring the St Tropez tan spray) so this was possibly the maker or breaker but I can safely safe, I am happy with this month's box and the value for money with the contents included!
So what do we have this month??
1. The Stylfile (note SheSaidBeauty - your typo on the list included in the box)
I didn't really get into this year's Apprentice show. No one was particularly special and I got quite bored but I enjoyed the last series and was very much rooting for Tom to win. This is his first product to the market since winning the show (although he was already selling this to family and friends prior to meeting Mr Sugar). Really pleased to get this in the box. The product is lightweight and easy to use. The 'S' style DOES make it a lot easier to shape and file your nails.
2. Vintage Eyelash Curler from Vintage Cosmetics Company.
Ironically, I broke my curler at the weekend and bought a new one. DAMMIT! Nothing particularly different about this curler if I am being honest compared to the one I bought from Poundland (I will actually do a picture comparison to prove this) so the £7.00 price tag for this seems a bit ridiculous!
3. Time Release Blemish Cleanser
I don't think it's fair for me to comment about this product as *touches wood* I am very lucky with my skin so I would be interested to hear from others if this product, or the Murad range is good?
4. Bronzer and Blusher Blend from Miners Cosmetics
I have never used Miners before. I have read about the brand in magazines and blogs but never reeally used it myself. I am, again, really happy that this product is in this month's box. I think its the perfect product to take away with you when you go on holiday. The product itself is very light on the skin and doesnt look heavy on the face. The packaging and style I love to ... is this how they usually brand their products?
5. Ice Crystals Anti-Aging Prep & Polish from Freeze 24-7
Firstly, can I moan that I HATE this spelling of 'aging' ... I am assuming this is an American brand.
This looks to me like a very expensive version of what I would call "Cleansing Scrub" which I get from Boots for less than a fiver so the fact that this product, in full price, is £35.00 should show results of anti-AGEING indeed!! Interested to hear your thoughts if you use this already!
There was also a Debenhams Beauty Club Reward card included in the box to collect points when you shop in store (think Nectar card/Tesco clubcard).
Do you get the SheSaidBeauty boxes? What do you think of this month's box? Would love to hear your thoughts!
Rach :)
